Rental Rules

 Riverfront Marina offers a variety of rental boats for those 21 years of age and older.

 Payment must be made in advance. Visa, Master Card or Cash only.

 The customer pays for any fuel and oil used above and beyond what is supplied in the boat.

 Our rental day is from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

 Reservations are recommended for weekends and holidays.

 A valid picture ID or drivers License is required to rent a boat.

 Payment is made in full for a rental plus a damage deposit is due on or before the day of the rental including any multi day rentals.

 A Multiday rental requires "2 Days" rental plus a damage fee as a deposit to reserve the boat.

 The customer is responsible for any and all damage to the boat and gear.

 The customer is responsible for the total value of the rental boat package and any lost gear.

 NO towing of anything behind the boat such as tubes, skiers, knee boards and people.

 A LATE charge of $100.00 per half hour will be charged if the rental is brought in after 4:30 pm.

 There will be a Minimum Cleaning charge of $25.00 for any boat returned unreasonably dirty.

 Multi Day rentals may only be operated during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

 No boats allowed after dark.

 Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund.

 NO cancellations are refunded within 5 days of the scheduled rental.

 Due to a change in the Law, a Safety Lanyard must be worn at all times by the operator .

 If rescue is needed due to operator error, a minimum fee of $125.00 will be added to your bill.
